6Finish Good Preparation - Final Product Preparation

The final process covers initial weighing, baling, quality inspection, metal-chip detection, final weighing, and packaging. The "cured" crumb rubber from the tray trolleys is weighed on a digital scale (initial weighing) before being compacted with a bale press machine. This machine forms the rubber into bales of approximately 675 × 355 × 170 mm at pressures of 1,000–3,000 psi (70–210 bar), or roughly 100T. Quality inspection is performed on every ninth bale, in accordance with SNI 1903:2017. Before final weighing, each bale passes through a metal detector. The final step is packaging the bales in SIR-specific plastic bags.
